The studio is located in the beautiful Gig Harbor area, surrounded by woods and natural flora and fauna.  Deer wander around,  and an

occasional bear (sometimes with cubs) is seen.   Raccoons and  coyotes visit every now and then. 

Most days Donna is in the studio with students, a life drawing group, or painting.  The studio is open at this time to the public, but please

contact the artist to make sure she will be there.

Driving Directions to Donna Trent's Studio  4224 83rd Ave. Ct. N. W. Gig Harbor, WA

From I-5 North going South:  

        Take the exit to Highway 16, Gig Harbor-Bremerton, exit right of I-5 (after passing the Tacoma Dome and going up the hill on I-5)

         Follow SR16 across the Narrows Bridge.

From I-5 South going North:

        Take Highway 16, Gig Harbor-Bremerton exit,  the next one after the 56th St. exit, a right exit off I-5.  (Tacoma Mall is on the left)

         Stay in the left lane on the off ramp.  It goes back under I-5 and merges immediately to the left on SR 16.   Follow SR 16 across

       The Narrows Bridge. 

Once across the Narrows Bridge, take the second exit, #10 for Olympic Drive, Gig Harbor, about one mile.  (The first exit is #8, and is

 immediately after you cross the bridge. )  The off ramp for Exit 10 goes to the right.  Turn LEFT at the top of the ramp and go back over

Highway 16.   This road is Olympic Drive.  Follow Olympic Drive around,past a QFC on the Left, two gas stations on the right, and more

shopping as the road winds around.  As Olympic drive makes a turn to the left in about 1/4 of a mile, the names changes to 56th St. N. W.

 Follow 56th Street N. W. about a mile, and the names changes to Fillmore.  Fillmore makes a T intersection with Wollochet Drive N. W.

Turn LEFT onto Wollochet Drive. N. W.

Follow Wollochet drive around, crossing over East Bay Dr. N. W. and Artondale Dr. N. W.  Wollochet then goes up a hill, and at the top of the hill

 make a right turnonto 40th St. N. W.  There is a traffic light here, but it is mostly green for the right turn.  Follow 40th St. N. W. West for about 2 miles.

 You will pass Artondale Grade School on the right, cross over 70th Ave. N. W.  and continue straight down to 83rd Ave. Ct. N. W.   Be careful here,

as 83rd Ave. N. W. (NOT CUORT)  is first, then 83rd Ave. Ct. N. W. is the second turn,  only about 20ft further west.  Both streets turn to the right (North).

 83rd Ave. N. W. is paved, and 83rd Ave. Ct. N. W. is a gravel driveway.  Four homes are on this road, and 4224 is the last house, and the road dead

ends in the yard.  The studio is around to the left side of the garage.

If you are driving South from Highway 16, take the Gig Harbor/Wollochet exit to the right off Highway 16.  Turn right onto Wollochet, and follow  Wollochet around, crossing over Hunt St.. N. W.

and keeping on Wollochet, cross over Filmore.  See directions above starting with "Follow Wollochet drive".
